Dr. Irina Fedulow-Plante is a licensed physical therapist with her Board Certification in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She opened her physical therapy practice called Mountain Neuro Wellness and Physical Therapy in Truckee, California in 2021 bringing resources and services to individuals with various neurologic presentation within the Tahoe area. She grew up riding horses, primarily Western and Endurance, which inspired her to start volunteering as a sidewalker in college at Renaissance Healing and Learning Center in Cotati, California. Fast forwarding to the present, she has been integrating hippotherapy both in California and Nevada for the past five years and serves on the American Hippotherapy Association (AHA) Website Task Force and Research Subcommittee. She currently serves as Volunteer Faculty at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and sits on the California Physical Therapy PAC Fund and Women in Wilderness Society. She is looking forward to joining the AHA Board of Directors this May.
